Terms of Service

By creating an account or using YallaPlan, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

YallaPlan helps you and your group plan trips together - discovering places with Yalla Swipe, chatting, building itineraries, and splitting expenses. You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You keep ownership of what you post - trip ideas, messages, photos, and posts. By sharing content on YallaPlan, you give the other members of a trip (and, for public posts, other users) permission to see and interact with it as the app is designed to work.

Please don't use YallaPlan to:

• Post illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
• Use the service to spam or harass other users.

@yallaAI is an AI assistant that generates suggestions, recommendations, and replies based on the conversation and, where relevant, a real-time web search. Its responses may occasionally be inaccurate or out of date - always double-check anything time- or safety-sensitive (opening hours, prices, travel advisories) before relying on it.

You can stop using YallaPlan and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms.

YallaPlan is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for decisions made based on recommendations from the app or @yallaAI, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms occasionally. Continuing to use YallaPlan after a change means you accept the updated terms.
